Membrane Features

  • Custom-fabricated deck sheets eliminate most on-site seaming, dramatically reducing the potential for leaks — and adding the advantages of a faster, quieter and easier installation with less maintenance and reliable roof performance for years to come.
  • Proprietary Duro-Last PVC formulation provides energy savings and fire resistance and is recyclable.
  • Deck sheets can be mechanically attached, adhered or induction-welded over a wide variety of roof substrates.
  • 50-mil membrane is manufactured with 28 mil of thickness on the top performance layer — the layer of the membrane exposed to the elements on the rooftop — exceeding industry standards and many competitor systems with equal or greater mil values.
  • Weft-inserted (or “woven”) anti-wicking scrim with a density of 18 by 14 threads per inch provides superior strength and puncture resistance.
  • A complete line of Duro‑Last custom-fabricated accessories is available, reducing labor and the potential for leaks at critical transition areas of the roof.
  • NSF/ANSI 347 Platinum certified; UL and FM approved.
  • Backed by Duro-Last’s extensive range of best-in-class warranties: 15-year with consequential damage coverage available for commercial buildings at no additional cost.
