We specialize in building roofs and relationships
Duro‑Last is a full system roofing provider, offering the widest range of thermoplastic single-ply solutions — from Edge-to-Edge & Deck-to-Sky™. Whether you choose PVC custom-fabricated deck sheets or roll goods, we are committed to delivering a custom experience. This means greater quality control, resulting in reduced on-site seaming, rooftop labor and waster without disrupting building operations. Our roofing systems deliver proven chemistry and decades of sound performance, backed by industry-leading warranties, recyclability, quality assurance and personalized support from people who stand by every square foot.
Known as the “World’s Best Roof®”, Duro‑Last is the world’s largest manufacturer of custom-fabricated systems and has covered North America with more than 2 billion square feet of sustainable, durable Duro‑Last membranes.
The Duro‑Last Difference began with our custom-fabricated PVC roofing systems and today, custom remains at the heart of everything we do to provide one-of-a-kind service and personalized support for your one-of-a-kind roof.
And the differences don’t stop there:
The entire Duro-Last business model is built around our direct to contractor partnerships. Only select contractors are authorized to install Duro-Last Roofing Systems. Our authorized contractors participate in exclusive trainings and learn skills and techniques taught directly by Duro‑Last professionals. And we perform thorough “hands and knees” inspections on all completed commercial roofs, solidifying our contractor-manufacturer partnership and providing even greater assurance and peace of mind to building owners. This approach is key to how we deliver long-term quality and performance.
The majority of roofing system failures stem from installation challenges on-site, where the weather is unpredictable and environmental factors can impact seam integrity. Duro-Last is the only manufacturer to offer custom-fabrication of the entire roofing system in our factory-controlled environment. Before our custom-fabricated PVC deck sheets arrive on the jobsite, up to 85% of membrane seams are factory-welded, reducing installation time, cleanup and scrap while also eliminating most of the on-site fabrication that can lead to roof leaks.
We also have a full line of custom-fabricated accessories to address the most critical transition areas of a roof — penetrations and transitions, which are compatible with all thicknesses of Duro‑Last membranes, including both deck sheets and roll goods. This custom approach dramatically reduces rooftop labor — providing Time off the Roof™ and saving you money.
As a full roofing system provider, Duro-Last offers solutions from Edge-to-Edge & Deck-to-Sky. From over 70 membranes with 16 different color options, edge metal and drainage products, including unique vinyl-coated products, to fasteners and plates, adhesives and a full line of insulation products, Duro-Last has all of your commercial roofing needs covered.
Duro-Last has delivered long-term durability and watertight protection to building owners since 1978, with billions of square feet of single-ply roofing membranes installed. Today, we are the world’s largest manufacturer of custom-fabricated single-ply roofing systems. Our reputation for quality stems from a time-tested product, world-class support and our extensive network of certified contractors.
