Fasteners
Duro-Last manufactures the following for our roofing systems and other applications:

Our manufacturing process includes a comprehensive 16-point quality control process. Most of our product lines meet or exceed FM Approval requirements and have obtained Miami-Dade approval.
Non-Penetrating Anchors
U-Anchors are non-penetrating plates made of multi-stamped galvanized steel with stainless steel bolts that are surface-welded so as not to penetrate the plate. They keep items positively attached to the structure while maintaining the waterproofing integrity of the roof. Plates are covered with a Duro‑Last membrane and heat-welded in the field to create a completely compatible bolt with no path for water intrusion.

Duro-Last Duro-Bond® Roofing Installation System
The Duro-Bond System is a mechanically attached installation option for fastening thermoplastic membranes to substrates, using specially coated plates and a non-penetrating “induction weld” technology. This technique bonds the Duro-Last PVC membrane to a PVC-coated fastening plate beneath the roofing membrane, which also fastens insulation and recover board materials to the roof deck.
The Duro-Bond System can help ease the installation process by reducing some installation steps, ultimately saving time and labor costs on a jobsite.
Adhesives
For adhered applications, both solvent- and water-based adhesives for membranes are available. Solvent-based adhesives offer a strong and instant bond, are easy to spread, are able to withstand colder temperatures and are economical. Water-based adhesives are cost-effective, easy to apply while slower drying to allow immediate membrane manipulation and offer a strong bond.
